Nike honors the vibrant D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area, also known as the “DMV”, with a special edition Air Foamposite One bearing an eponymous moniker. This unique shoe pays homage to the area’s rich culture and heritage, offering the locals a chance to represent their hometown in style.

The “DMV” iteration of the Air More Foamposite One features a stunning rose gold upper adorned with a classic embroidered Swoosh and Penny Hardaway’s iconic “1 Cent” emblem. In a nod to the inspiration behind the shoe’s design, “DMV” is prominently displayed on the heel pull tabs. Further building upon this, the insoles feature a cherry blossom graphic alluding to the region’s breathtaking beauty.

Black suede accents complement the tonal laces and inner lining, while a semi-translucent outsole completes the look.

The Nike Air Foamposite One “DMV” is expected to launch in select Nike Sportswear retailers in the DMV area this Summer. It will retail for US$240.
