Union LA and Converse are far from strangers to each other, having previously taken on the CX-Pro SK OX. Once more, it’s reimagined by Chris Gibbs in close cooperation with Converse Skateboarding, updating the archetypal design with a contemporary make.

Dubbed the Union LA x Converse Skateboarding CX-PRO SK OX+/UN, the sneaker shines through the contrast between the white accents on the Chevron and Star logo on the profile, over the beige canvas of the base layer. The difference is further exemplified on the toebox, eyelets, tongue tags, additional overlays at the toe area, leather lining, and printed insoles. To finish it off, other notable fixtures include the Union brand tabs at the back, star-marked sole foxing, heel license plates, and bright yellow rubber outsoles.

They’ll be available exclusively at Union Tokyo from 28 April with an RRP of JPY17,600 (~US$131).
