[Update 7 Oct 2022] After countless leaks and early looks, the Two 18 x Air Jordan 2 Low is finally arriving. Accompanying the hyped shoe is a collection of hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts and shorts featuring tan, red and blue—colors found on the Nike AJ2 Low.

By the looks of its shoe box, the Two 18 x Air Jordan 2 Low is part of a lineup of collaborative AJ2 Lows releasing this holiday season via boutiques in different international cities, the other pairs being the Philippines’ Titan and South Africa’s Shelflife’s Air Jordan 2 Low. With considerable anticipation built up around these incoming AJ2 sneakers, it looks like Jordan Brand’s efforts to inject new life into this oft-overlooked sillhouette are paying off.

[Update 13 Sep] A release date has been set for the long-awaited Two 18 x Air Jordan 2 Low. On 21st October, the pair will be available on SNKRS and Two 18’s official stores, at a price tag of US$200.

[Update 8 Aug] First things first, no release date yet but—official photos, and some on-foot look! From them, we can better discern the collaborative pair’s other fineries, including the alternate black and sail laces. On them are the numbers “19-22 512” and “14-19 306.” Not sure of what they’re an ode to yet but the motif continues on the underside of the tongue between the words “THROUGH IT ALL.” The city map design as seen on the insoles also extend to the wraparound paper inside the shoebox.

For now, just stay put and we’ll let you know when to start your engines if you’re raring to get a pair.

[Update 7 Jul] New leak images of Two 18 x Air Jordan 2 Low have surfaced! Given Two 18’s Detroit roots, this pair of sneakers is completed with a map of Motor City metro printed on the sneakers’ insoles.

Two 18 is a Detroit-based sneaker boutique that opened earlier this year. It is the sister store of Burn Rubber, a staple in the sneaker and streetwear culture in Michigan. For Two 18’s first sneaker collaboration, it will team up with Nike Jordan Brand to come up with one-of-a-kind Air Jordan 2 Low.

The Two 18 x Air Jordan 2 Low is dressed in chocolate brown tone with an upper constructed of nubuck and suede with a leather sock liner. The side panel overlay comes in red and blue stripes, calling out to Two 18 as both colors can be found in the background of Two 18’s crow logo. The graphic insoles feature the Jumpman logo on the left and Two 18’s crow logo on the right. A Sail-colored midsole sits atop an icy translucent outsole complete the look. A co-branded hangtag and special packaging will come together with the pair of sneakers.
