Nike GS Air Jordan 1 Mid SS “Skyline” Drops on 13 June
A familiar sight awaits on the horizon.
Following an Oregon-esque forest with the Air Max 1 “Escape”, it seems like Nike has now set its sight on the “Skyline” with an upcoming Air Jordan 1 Mid SS.
Inspired by a legendary photo of Michael Jordan taken back in 1984, the kids’ exclusive pair features a silhouette of the exact same skyline that was seen in the shot.
Depicting the afterglow of Chicago, University Red dresses the rear panels of the pair, which slowly diverts to a purple tone gradient towards the toe box. A black hue then hits the overlays, Swooshes and interior linings before a matching gradient completes on the undersole.
Slated to release on 13 June, the Nike GS Air Jordan 1 Mid SS “Skyline” will be made available for purchase via Nike retailers. Retail price is set at $120 per pair.
