SNKRDUNK has established guidelines for our products to ensure that our customers can sell and buy with confidence.

About the New Sneakers

Must be new and unused.

New sneakers are defined as new when they are unworn except for when trying them at the store.

Products that have been worn indoors or outdoors will be considered as used products.

All accessories are in place.

It is within verification standards even if you cut off the tag and string but it is within the package and all of the other accessories are in place.

The shoe keeper is not a necessary item for the product to be considered as new because it may have been discarded to prevent the sneaker from yellowing.

No damaged boxes

Damage boxes with tears or large creases are not within the SNKRDUNK standard.

New apparel (including bags and other accessories)

Must be new and unused.

Apparel including bags and other accessories must be new and unused (except for trying the product on in store).

All accessories are in place.

It is essential that all accessories such as key chians, boxes and guarantee cards are included in the package

Please include the tags if you have them in the package.
Postcards, stickers and other promotional goods are not included as necessary acccessories.
The outer box for Bearbricks are not required. All products that packaged in boxes besides Bearbricks are considered as necessary accessories.

No damaged products.

Products that are torn or damaged in anyway are not eligible for selling.

*Minor sewing and other small defects that may have occured during the manufacturing process may be considered to be within SNKRDUNKS varification standards.

Manufacturer flaws and imperfections

The following are considered to be manufacturer flaws or inperfections that are uncontrollable.

Please understand that we will not accept returns for the below reasoning.

Scratches, excessive glue, and change in coloring that may have occured during the manufacturing process.
Misalignment or roughness in sewing.
Color shifting or length difference of laces
Laces have been changed to the laces that are included in the additional accessories
Uneven color of logo or print
Paint peeling
Torn wrapping paper
Misprinting or coloring of the size tag
The lace holes are not completely open or is difficult to fit the laces through
Difference in quality of the leather between the left and right shoe
Wrinkles on the upper
Wrinkles and tears in the wrapping paper from the original purchase
Small damages or stains on the box that is caused during the time of purhcase
Small damage or stains on the box from the original purchase
Replacement box

*Please contact the shipping company regarding accidents or events that occured during the shipping process.

Returning prodcuts and canceling transactions

If you have an issue regarding the product that has been delivered, please contact us immediately.
You may not be able to return the product if the SNKRDUNK tag has been removed.
If the product does not comply with the SNKRDUNK guidelines, the transaction will be cancelled immediately and the item will be returned to the seller. The seller will be resposible for shipping cost.
If the buyers fraudulent use of the platform is discovered during the transaction process, the transaction will be immediately cancelled and the product will be returned to the seller. We will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Damaged Box

Minor damages or stains on the box that may occur during transportation or storing process is within SNKRDUNK standards and will be considered as "new".

In the event that the box for a "new" product is severely damaged or torn, we will contact and inform the buyer of the condition of the box and ask if they wish to continue the transaction.
Please note that the transaction may be cancelled depending on the buyers response.

※Items such as Space Hippies (NIKE) that have a slip directly attached to the box of the sneaker are considered to be within the SNKRDUNKs verification standards.
