Full Compensation Guarantee

To ensure that all users can buy and sell with confidence on SNKRDUNK, we require you to ship your items to our authentication base, where our professional authenticators will carefully inspect your item.

After all of the processes have been completed and the item meets our strict criteria, SNKRDUNK’s "Authenticated Badge" will be attached to the item as proof that it has passed our comprehensive inspection.

If you suspect that the product you have received is a counterfeit or violates our product guidelines, please submit a "Request for Full Compensation" request as instructed below.

SNKRDUNK will investigate again, and if it is determined that the product is "eligible for full compensation", the product price will be refunded in full.

1.Full compensation coverage

The report must be within 7 days of item delivery.
The SNKRDUNK's authentication badge/sticker must not have been removed.
All accessories must be present. (Such as laces, tags, etc.)
The item must not be worn.

In order to prevent fraudulent substitution, our team will take photos of the item at the time of authentication.

If we receive a product that is different from the one we have inspected, you will not receive compensation.

2.Full compensation request

Please send an email to our customer support (information@snkrdunk.com) about the product you believe to be a counterfeit or has been used.

Please send the product back to the address provided in the e-mail(cash on delivery is acceptable).

3.Review by SNKRDUNK

A professional authenticator will inspect the product again.

If, as a result of reappraisal, it is determined that the product does not meet our standards.
→ Full compensation will be provided.

If, as a result of reappraisal, we determine that the product meets our standards.

1.The operation will request a third-party authenticator to evaluate the product.

2.a) If the third-party authenticator determines that the product is counterfeit, full compensation will be applied.

2.b) If the third party authenticator determines that the item is genuine, the item will be returned to the buyer.
