Buying from Platinum & Gold Level Member

I’m just regular level customer and I want to buy Yeezy Mono Safflower 28 cm. But when I choose 28 cm, there are 3 options. One is from Platinum Level Seller & another one is from Gold Level Seller and the last one is normal one. The problem is the normal one price is different and the highest.

Therefore, as a regular level customer, can I buy the shoes from Platinum Seller & Gold Level Seller? Do I need to wait to become Gold or Platinum member to buy from those two? Please kindly help and can you guys explain to me?
