With a little push from names like Sacai, CLOT and more, the Nike Cortez has seen a boost in popularity and that’s when the Swoosh label makes a move with a lineup of various renditions.

This time, following the “Running Rabbit” and “SNKRS Day”, a “Velvet Brown” colorway is set to arrive in the coming months. Outfitted in tones of baroque brown and velvet brown, the pair is constructed with a suede upper throughout its body.

Decorated with leather textures on the heels and Swooshes, jet-black makes its mark on the NIKE motifs, alongside the shoelaces and outsoles. Contrasting to the main color palette, orange is accented on the branded insoles for a pop of color without interfering with the overall outlook.

While no release dates are confirmed yet, rest assured that when news of the Nike Cortez 23 “Velvet Brown” surfaces, we will update you here.
