Nike Revisits the Dunk Low With “Black Suede”
Old but new, classic but different.
[Update 11 Jan 2023] A release date has finally been announced for the Nike Wmns Dunk Low LX “Black Suede”. Set to drop on 17th January, the pair will be go online alongside a “Pink Foam” colorway via Nike SNKRS and selected retailers for a retail price of $120.
Since the release of the Pandas, the number of different iterations we have seen with the Nike Dunk Low has proven that the silhouette is at its peak for demand and popularity. While no doubt the shoe is going to be labeled as the next Air Force 1, where many on the streets can be seen rocking a pair, Nike has decided to take a new step with the latest Nike Dunk Low LX “Black Suede”.
Offering a similar color palette to the Pandas, the latest release provides a more toned down outlook with cream colored panels replacing the usual white base and lemon yellow on the leather swoosh. While that sounds like every other of the Dunk Lows, Nike switched things up with this model by reconstructing the uppers in suede, unlike the usual leather based models. Lastly, the laces are detailed with zig-zag patterns to add a nice layering that almost resembles a glitch effect.
While no release details are confirmed yet. do stay tuned for more updates as the Nike Dunk Low LX “Black Suede” is expected to drop in the coming weeks via Nike SNKRS and selected retailers.
