Since 24 September 2024, Smyths Toys stores in France have been involved in a Pokémon TCG promotion. Anyone who purchases at least 25 EUR (~US$27.90) worth of selected Pokémon TCG products at any Smyths Toys store in France will receive an oversized version of a Terapagos ex card from Stellar Crown [SCR] for free.

Since the campaign is exclusive to France, the Terapagos ex card will be in French. The card is an oversized reprint of the Double Rare (RR) card which comes with the French version of the Stellar Crown [SCR] logo on its right side.

There has been speculation that this promotion and thus the oversized Terapagos ex card will eventually make its way to other countries and other languages—whether English, Japanese, or any other—at come point. That being said, there’s still no confirmation on any of this. Stay with us for more information to come.
