Prior to her corruption and rebirth, Blazing Cartesia, the Virtuous was known as Incredible Ecclesia, the Virtuous; she would again be known as such following her restoration. She was the companion of Albaz, the protagonist of the eponymous Fallen of Albaz story around which the recently-released Yu-Gi-Oh TCG set Complete File: Story of White is themed.

About Incredible Ecclesia, the Virtuous (Complete File: Story of White CF01-JPS02)

This is one of five cards in Complete File: Story of White which was only released in a Quarter Century Secret Rare form. In addition, the card gets a value boost as it depicts a female character; it also features an illustration which had never been seen prior to the launch of Complete File: Story of White; all these factors combine to elevate the card’s value.

However, where this card really stands out is in its relationship to Yu-Gi-Oh’s world-building and lore. The aforementioned Blazing Cartesia, the Virtuous card is also this card’s corrupted counterpart while the character herself is Dogmatika Ecclesia, the Virtuous after she left the Dogmatika Nation and discarded the associated armor. She sports a different hairstyle to her Dogmatika version to emphasize this difference. Finally, her hammer and wings are based on those of Granguignol the Dusk Dragon; this is a direct reference to her corrupted form when at one point she was fused with Granguignol.
