After leaving the Straw Hat Pirates during the One Piece manga’s Water 7 Arc, Usopp developed his alter ego of “Sogeking”, who Usopp himself dubbed the “King of Snipers”. Wanting to atone for his desertion but fearing the crew’s possible response to his return, Usopp disguised himself and returned as “Sogeking”—depicted on this Secret Rare Special [SEC-SP] card from the ONE PIECE Card Game Pillars of Strength [OP-03] booster pack.

The card’s illustration shows Sogeking with the Firebird Star, his massive slingshot, in his right hand. Trained by his father Yasopp, Usopp is regarded as one of the most skilled snipers in the entire One Piece canon—hence his decision to self-assign his alter ego the “King of Snipers” epithet.

This card is one of the coveted “Manga Rare” cards—the rarest of all ONE PIECE Card Game cards that feature One Piece manga panels in the background. Owing to the character’s unique backstory and extreme rarity, this card quickly rose in value. It’s now the most valuable card of the whole Pillars of Strength [OP-03] set by a considerable margin.

This card has already been released in English.

As of the latest figures, a copy of a Sogeking SEC-SP (Pillars of Strength [OP-03] OP03-122) card sells for 30,000 JPY (~US$196).
