The February 2024 release of Yu-Gi-Oh TCG booster pack Quarter Century Chronicle side:Unity, the first of two booster packs launched in honor of the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG’s 25th anniversary, included a very special card of which just 1,000 copies were ever printed. Unsurprisingly, the extreme rarity of the side:UNITY Token Card has taken its price tag through the roof.

This card placed randomly across ordinary packs is extremely similar to its counterpart, the side:PRIDE Token Card. Featuring a Duelist with the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG’s 25th anniversary logo beside, this card can only function as a Token Card; it can’t be placed in a deck.

The best part? The serial code that comes with the card. Anyone with the exceptional luck to land this card has the opportunity to apply for the Quarter Century Unity & Pride Campaign side:Unity. Those who apply for it stand to receive Quarter Century Secret Rare copies of the Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl cards which will both come in a display case.

It’s unlikely that this card will ever be released in English unless the campaign or one like it is someday held in the West.

The card’s retail price? As massive as one would probably expect. The latest figures place the value of a side:UNITY (Quarter Century Chronicle side:Unity QCCU-JP000) card at 380,000 JPY (~US$2,505)!
