1. Email sent to the registered email associated with your SNKRDUNK account

2. Notification from the SNKRDUNK App

Information Provided in Login Notifications:

1. Device & IP Address used for the login

2. Date & Time of login (reflected based on the user’s device timezone setting)

In the Event of Unauthorized Logins:

Should you suspect that a login was attempted by an unauthorized third-party, we encourage you to change your password immediately. Steps on resetting your password will be provided in the Login Notification sent to your email and App.
