[Update 9 Nov 2023] In addition to some new images from Sole Retriever, they’ve also ascertained that the SoleFly x Air Jordan 8 “Mi Casa Es Su Casa” will be released on 2 December with an RRP of US$225. It’s less than a month away so official images should surface in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!

[Update 21 Sep 2023] Reportedly a sample pair, it seems we are not expecting a release of the “Diamond Turf”. Instead, a “Mi Casa Es Su Casa” colorway has been said to arrive on the purported release date. This pair features a contrasting Sail and Metallic Gold color scheme as compared to its OG counterpart. Stay tuned for potential updates here.

SoleFly founder Carlos Prieto recently took to Threads to reveal a hitherto unseen Nike Air Jordan 8, which purportedly draws influence from the Nike Air Diamond Turf.

The SoleFly x Air Jordan 8 “Diamond Turf” doesn’t blatantly reference the above-mentioned model but instead more closely resembles the “Playoffs” colorway, despite having the red lining, white midsoles, and gold hardware. It does, however, adopt the dark, golden textile hallmarks of the 1994 cross-trainer.

Nothing’s been revealed aside from the images but @brandon1an purports that the pair will be released on 2 December. Stay tuned for more details!

In the meantime, check out the New Balance 550 “Blue Suede”.
