The Classic “Cement Grey” Finds Its Way on the Nike Air Jordan 1 Low Craft
Another one in the expanding Craft catalogue of the AJ1.
[Update 13 Jul 2023] Official images of the Nike Air Jordan 1 Low Craft “Cement Grey” has now surfaced. Take a look at them on the article slider above as we await for more updates on its release date.
Beginning in 2022, the Air Jordan 1 Mid and Low debuted with a new deconstructed motif. The concept was first referred to as the “Inside Out” series as part of Jordan Brand’s efforts to modernize its vintage models. It now has the official Craft label and keeps surfacing in different color combinations, the most recent of which is this traditional “Cement Grey” presentation.
The suede and canvas construction, made from a variety of more upscale materials, mimics the color-blocking used on its mid-top sibling that was first seen back in January, albeit by altering the greyscale tinctures slightly. The midfoot panel and vamp of these sneakers are dipped in a light grey color, while the surrounding suede overlays and signature Swoosh are infused with a darker “Cement Grey” hue. The midsole beneath possesses a slightly aged appearance, while the canvas quarter overlay, laces, and foxing are all black, adding contrast to its monochromatic palette.
A release date hasn’t been disclosed but expect them to arrive sometime within the year. Find them on Nike’s brick-and-click then with an RRP of US$120 then.
