LINE

Jaden Smith is one of music’s most enigmatic artists, expressing his eccentricity in the realms of music and fashion. This polarity is the same reason why New Balance signed him on to a long-term partnership. He made a surprise appearance at Coachella this year during his younger sister Willow’s set, offering a glimpse of his incoming New Balance signature sneaker as he delivered his verse.

This new model will be the latest from his collaborative portfolio, as a follow-up to several Vision Racer released prior, in addition to his own 574 collaboration. The shoe arrives in a Black and White palette, an all-leather upper, with the New Balance logo along the midfoot. Other noteworthy features include the trademark “NB” lateral marking, White mesh tongues, and Black leather collars. A rubber outsole similar to the 550 anchors the pair, while embellished with unique cut-away elements.

Not much is known about the new model just yet but New Balance has confirmed that more information will emerge shortly.

While waiting, consider a look at the Nike Cortez “Yin and Yang”, boldly integrating a modular zippered shroud.
