LA-native Sean Pablo, the 24 year-old Supreme skater multi-hyphenate has done more in 10 years than many of us would in a lifetime. Debuting in their premiere skate video, “cherry”, at just 16, it’s a wonder how his pants are still at his waist with all the accolades under his belt.
From being on a tripartite roster of Supreme, Converse CONS, and Fucking Awesome, to starting his own clothing brand—Paradis3, surely life can only get more hectic when famous friends like Chloë Sevigny also declare you a heartthrob. There’s no way to avoid understating the kind of savant Pablo is, when he wears more hats than Talib Kweli. A balletic skater, musician, photographer, et cetera, et cetera… et cetera.
Adding another rock in his diamond belt is his latest collaboration with Converse. The One Star Pro Ox features an entirely “Rapid Teal” upper with motifs inspired by his debut art exhibition “A Season in Hell”, a culmination of all his creative endeavours thus far.
Debossed under the black Converse star in medieval calligraphy is “PARADISE” and the words “THE PATH TO PARADISE BEGINS IN HELL” below it. Lastly, the hairy faux cow imprint on the heel tab leads to the ephemera on the insoles, possibly from the aforementioned exhibition.
The pair is scheduled for released on August 24 with a retail price of $75.
