As all marketplace users know, making a purchase isn’t always the hardest part. Sometimes, it’s finding out how the item will actually reach you. How much does shipping cost? Are there any extra charges?

Understanding your concerns (we’re big shoppers ourselves!), we’ve compiled a list of commonly asked questions about our shipping policy to relieve any of your doubts.

1. Where does SNKRDUNK ship to?

SNKRDUNK currently ships to Australia, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United States and Vietnam. 

If you are located outside of the above countries, we’re working hard to bring our services to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, follow us on our social media to stay on top of our latest updates!

2. How long does it take for an item to be delivered?

Shipping duration depends on the external courier in your country. With that being said, it usually takes 5-18 days from the start of the transaction to the completion of delivery to the buyer.

The following number of days is an estimation time required for each stage of your transaction*.

  • Time taken for the seller to ship the item to our Japanese warehouse: 2-6 days**
  • Comprehensive authentication and shipment preparation to the buyer: 1-4 days
  • Delivery to the buyer: 2-8 days**

*Please note that the time may vary depending on the circumstances of the transaction.

**Depending on the seller’s or buyer’s address, it might take longer for delivery.

3. How much is the shipping fee for SNKRDUNK?

Shipping fee will be calculated at check out.

For purchase of sneakers, the SNKRDUNK team is thrilled to announce that we’ve lowered our shipping fee for Singapore, Australia, and the United States:

Singapore: From SG$5
Australia: From US$15
United States: From US$18

4. How much is the custom tax?

Depending on the country of purchase, sales tax or/and customs duties may apply. In such cases, customers are responsible for paying the carrier themselves. Since custom duties vary from country to country, we encourage you to contact the relevant government institutions in your country for the details.

5. Which shipping courier does SNKRDUNK use?

We engage Fedex for most orders but may switch to a different courier on occasion depending on the country. If you require further information on this, kindly email our customer service team at information@snkrdunk.com. 

6. Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

We are not able to change the delivery address once payment has been made. Please contact Fedex to request a change of address*. Please also provide the tracking number to Fedex which can be found found within the “In Progress” tab under “My Page” on your SNKRDUNK app.

7. Can I schedule the date and time of delivery for my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to support the scheduling of specific delivery dates and times at the moment. Please contact Fedex to request a specific date and time for delivery. Please also provide the tracking number to Fedex which can be found within the “In Progress” tab under “My Page” on your SNKRDUNK app.

*Please note the request for a specific date and time for delivery is not guaranteed.

8. What happens when no one is at my home or office to accept the item?

If an item remains unclaimed after a period of time, it will be returned to the SNKRDUNK office in Japan. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the second and subsequent delivery attempts.

Please note that the customer would need to pay the shipping fee upon delivery when second and subsequent delivery attempts are made.

If you are unable to receive the item, we encourage you to arrange for someone else to be present at your delivery address around the estimated date of delivery.

If not, please contact Fedex to request a specific date and time for delivery. Please also provide the tracking number to Fedex which can be found within the “In Progress” tab under “My Page” on your SNKRDUNK app.

9. Can you send separate orders together?

As the time taken for sellers to ship the purchased items and authentication progress varies with each transaction, SNKRDUNK can only package and ship each item separately.
