Sorry, but this card has passed the stricter grading standards of PSA Japan, and the certification number is also relatively new, so I’m not planning to lower the price. There are plenty of the same card graded by PSA in the U.S., where 10s tend to be easier to obtain, so I’d recommend negotiating on one of those instead!
