New Balance Korea Equips for the Winter With Puflee
Arriving in Grey, Beige and Black.
Coming to the end of the year, we have entered the period where the winter season hits and people starts to layer up. With temperatures hitting -10°C in Korea, fashion labels are finding ways to put out something that is versatile yet perfect for the chilly weather.
Being a sports driven company, New Balance always finds ways to accommodate to the consumers’ needs and it looks like they have found a solution to tackle the harsh weather conditions.
Introducing the Puflee, a slip-on silhouette that is inspired by the 990v1 and CT300, it provides a soft finish and excellent thermality through its nylon uppers and fleece linings. CRV soles equipped sees a combination of EVA and PU foams, offering superior stability and comfort, which plays a big part when walking on slippery grounds.
To switch things up, foldable elongated shoe tongue allows one to show a more casual and comfy outlook when exposing the inner fleece linings as opposed to the classic mule-like aesthetic when hidden.
With a release date of 5th December, the New Balance Puflee is available for purchase in three colorways via New Balance Korea for 109,000 KRW (~US$85) a pair.
