New Balance has announced its 550 model, interpreted as an affordable sibling to the COMME des GARCONS HOMME and New Balance collab that dropped last week. The brand logo at the heel is the main point of differentiation in this iteration.

The New Balance 550 in “Black with White” joins a plethora of hues debuting at the beginning of November after arriving in yet another grayscale makeover. White is used at the branding components and collar while the synthetic leather upper favors an almost all-black appearance. A stitched midsole combines a rubber outsole in white or black, as is customary for the beloved sneaker.

The New Balance 550 “Black With White” is scheduled for a release on 1 November at New Balance at a retail price of US$110.
