[Pokémon TCG] Neutralization Zone (Terastal Festival ex [SV8a] 184/187) [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]
A card that no Pokémon-ex wants to see.

Many of the leading decks in the current Pokémon TCG metagame feature a Pokémon-ex as the main attacker. To counter such decks, one of the cards which serves as a viable option is Stadium card Neutralization Zone.
About Neutralization Zone (Terastal Festival ex [SV8a] 184/187)
An ACE SPEC card originally released as part of Night Wanderer [SV6a], Neutralization Zone shields all non-Pokémon ex from damage inflicted by Pokémon-ex; before Pokémon V were rotated out of tournament play, they too could not inflict damage on Pokémon which weren’t Pokémon-ex or Pokémon V. This restriction applies to the player’s Pokémon as well as the opponent’s.
Due to this Stadium card’s effect, the decks which include it are almost always those which don’t have any Pokémon-ex. Examples of such decks include the Roaring Moon/Dudunsparce and Froslass/Munkidori decks.
Interestingly, although this card is an ACE SPEC and therefore has the exclusive ACE SPEC rarity, this hasn’t done much to elevate its price tag; both the original as well as the more valuable reprint from Terastal Festival ex [SV8a] thus remain relatively affordable.
Release Details
