A key ally of the Straw Hat Pirates during the Wano Country Saga, Kozuki Hiyori’s true identity wasn’t revealed until quite some time after she was seemingly “killed off”. This ONE PIECE Card Game card from the Wings of the Captain [OP-06] expansion set thus portrays Kurozumi Orochi’s former oiran at a later point in the storyline.

In addition to the card’s high rarity of SR-P (Super Rare Promotional) , the illustration holds appeal as it’s an “in-character” scene being shown. Under her identity as “Komurasaki” when she served as the oiran, Hiyori became known for her skill as a shamisen player—an aspect of her character that’s shown in the card’s image.

The scene in the illustration is taken from the festival held following the liberation of Wano. There’s also an added bonus for avid One Piece fans who may recognize that Wano is playing “Moon Princess”—the song closely linked to her character arc and which exists in the real-life One Piece soundtrack as “Wano Country – Opening Curtains, Closing Curtains Theme”.

The usual “female character boost” is almost certainly once again in effect with regard to the card’s value. The fact that this card features alternate artwork further elevates its desirability.

The price tag of a Kozuki Hiyori (Wings of the Captain [OP06-106]) card of SR-P rarity is 4,300 JPY (~US$28).
