New Balance Reintroduces the 9060 in “Green Suede”
The model debuted under the wing of Joe Freshgoods, but has since grown into its own with various inline releases like this "Green Suede" makeup.
The retrofuturistic 9060 is a fresh retelling of New Balance’s storied past. The pair takes its cues from Y2K running shoes and the brand’s classic 99X. Its most recognizable by its sculpted pod midsole unit, along with the elevated ABZORB and SBS cushioning.
This “Green Suede” iteration will join the roster of NB’s autumn offerings. The pair features a mesh base with suede and leather overlays, along with a traditional lacing mechanism. The hallmarks mentioned above are a mainstay here, presided by various branding elements on the upper.
There’s no release date disclosed just yet but they are expected arrive within the next few months. Find the pair come D-Day for US$160. Stay tuned for more details!
