[Update 1 Aug 2023] More images of the Nike WMNS Air Jordan 3 “Oreo” have now surfaced, courtesy of @chriscolgan and @swiftsole. Take a look at them on the top slider above while we anticipate the arrival of official shots.
The iconic “Oreo” colorway, first seen on the OG batch of Air Jordan 4 releases, has adorned a variety of other retros. This time, it dresses the Air Jordan 3, before joining the Air Jordan 11 “DMP” and Air Jordan 1 “Royal Reimagined” for a holiday season release.
The women’s-exclusive is covered mostly in a black flat suede, in sharp contrast to its AJ4 heir apparent. In place of the colorway’s hallmark speckled details, is Tinker Hatfield’s iconic elephant print covering the heel and mudguard. Complementary leather panels anchor the collar, tongue, and quarter; while the midsole and lacing loops are accented with light cream. As a finishing touch, a triple-black makeup dresses the Jumpman on the heel counter.
They’re set with an RRP of US$200 and is currently scheduled for a 7 December release date. Expect an update if anything changes. If not, find them on SNKRS on D-Day.
Elsewhere, the Nike Cortez “World Make” goes luxe with a rich leather finish.
