Though the Pokémon TCG might be almost two years into the ninth generation, Creatures Inc. hasn’t forgotten about Gen 8 just yet. To be released in Canada on 11 October 2024 at Walmart Canada stores, the Legendary Warriors Premium Collection will bring the spotlight back to cards from the end of Gen 8.

About the Legendary Warriors Premium Collection

The cards which will headline the Legendary Warriors Premium Collection are the Zacian V card from Crown Zenith and Zamazenta V card from Brilliant Stars. Both cards will come in special holofoil versions, as will copies of the ordinary Zacian and Zamazenta cards from Crown Zenith. There’ll also be a jumbo version of the Zacian V card.

Also included are 14 booster packs containing cards from late eighth-generation sets as well as a code card for Pokémon TCG Live. What’s notable about this collection is the fact that this will likely be one of the last opportunities to buy Gen 8 Pokémon TCG cards via an official product.

Release Details

The Legendary Warriors Premium Collection will only be released in English. Thus far, it’s only been confirmed for launch in Canada.

The price of the Legendary Warriors Premium Collection is CA$89.92 (~US$65).
