The cards in question include a promotional Alolan Exeggutor ex card as well as one of two promotional Nemona cards.
In conjunction with the upcoming release of Pokémon TCG set Paradise Dragona [SV7a] on 13 September 2024, Pokémon Card Gym stores across Japan will be holding Sealed Battle tournaments. Up for grabs at those tournaments running from 13 September to 31 October are three promotional cards bearing the Sealed Battle tournament logo as well as a Paradise Dragona deck box.
About the Paradise Dragona Sealed Battle Prize Cards
A Sealed Battle tournament is a 4-player Pokémon TCG tournament in which players receive 15 booster packs of a certain set and construct a 40-card deck for use in the tournament out of the cards in the booster packs.
The cards that tournament winners will be awarded include a promotional Alolan Exeggutor ex card as well as one of two promotional Nemona cards. The Nemona cards were previously awarded as prize cards during the Crimson Haze Sealed Battle tournaments held from 22 March to 12 May 2024. The Alolan Exeggutor ex card, meanwhile, is a Sealed Battle version of a card which will be in Paradise Dragona [SV7a].
Release Details
The Sealed Battle prize card versions of the three cards mentioned in this article will likely never be released in English. Additionally, the cards’ sale prices won’t be known until they make it to the open market. Stay tuned for more on that.
