Classic Meets “Camo”: The Nike Air Max 1 ’86 OG Gets a Rugged Update
A legendary silhouette returns with a rugged new look.
The OG of visible Air returns! Nike brings back the iconic Air Max 1 with the original 1986 build, this time featuring a rugged “Camo” makeover.
Ditching the usual smooth upper, the Air Max 1 ’86 OG “Camo” features a durable heavy-duty canvas overlay and thin mesh base, both adorned with a woodland camouflage print that consists of an Earth, Light Lemon Twist, and Oil Green palette.
A vibrant volt green Swoosh pops against the camo, echoing the branding on the heels. Speaking of heels, the left features some retro Nike text embroidery, while the right sports a classic Swoosh logo.
Down below, a brown midsole houses the larger Air unit for enhanced comfort. A black rubber outsole finishes off the look, providing excellent grip.
The Nike Air Max 1 ’86 OG “Camo” drops on 30 May 2024 at Nike SNKRS and select retailers for US$160.
