The secondary antagonist of three different One Piece arcs, Borsalino is now the only Admiral of the original trio who’s still in his position as of the latest chapter. Since the ONE PIECE Card Game booster pack Paramount War [OP-02] was primarily based on the manga’s Summit War Saga, it was always to be expected that this card would be among the set’s major pulls, given the fact that two of those three arcs took place in that saga.

This Super Rare Parallel (SR-P) card depicts the admiral also known as “Kizaru” with half of his body as pure light. This is a reference to Borsalino’s use of the Glint-Glint Fruit’s powers. Additionally, the illustration’s heavy use of yellow alludes to his epithet; in-universe, Borsalino is nicknamed the “Yellow Monkey”.

Recent developments in the One Piece manga might serve to make this card even more desirable. When it was first released, the ongoing Egghead Arc of the Final Saga had recently begun. Since then, it’s been revealed that Borsalino is a secondary antagonist in the Egghead Arc as well, and this return to relevance in the current storyline is likely to jack up the card’s value.

This card has already been released in English.

The sale price of a Borsalino (Paramount War [OP-02] OP02-114) card of SEC-P rarity is 3,800 JPY (~US$25).
