Several ONE PIECE Card Game cards have been re-released in subsequent sets—and in many cases, these reprints end up being even more coveted than their original versions. One such example is this Boa Hancock card. Originally from the Romance Dawn [OP-01] booster pack, it was re-issued as part of Kingdoms of Intrigue [OP-04] in a version that has since become a major pull.

This card bearing a rarity of Super Rare Special (SR-SPC) depicts the upper body of the “Snake Princess” in front of a background in slightly faded colors. The close-up of her snake-shaped earrings is likely used to further emphasize her character’s serpentine theme.

As is so often the case, the fact that a female character is featured jacks up the card’s value. Additionally, Hancock is placed in a somewhat suggestive pose—something commonly seen with her character throughout the One Piece series. Hancock’s sex appeal is in and of itself one of her defining features.

This card has already been released in English.

One Boa Hancock (Romance Dawn [OP-01] OP01-078) card sells for 18,000 JPY (~US$119).
