No Pokémon TCG tournament would be functional without the work of tournament organizers and referees—collectively referred to by The Pokémon Company International (TPCi) as “Professors”. To help them carry out their highly important duties to the best of their abilities, TPCi organizes Professor Seminars to keep them informed about everything they need to know.

Those who attend these Professor Seminars also stand to receive several special promotional cards—such as the one held at the Pokémon Europe International Championships (EUIC). There were two cards handed out to the Professors in attendance.

These cards were either an English version of Professor Sada’s Vitality from Paradox Rift [PAR] or an English version of Professor Turo’s Scenario from Paradox Rift [PAR] as well as a holofoil Basic Energy card. All cards distributed bore the “Professor Program” stamp.

Professor Seminars at future tournaments are likely to have similar cards handed out.

These Professor Seminar promotional cards are unlikely to ever be released in Japanese. Their retail prices remain undetermined until they hit the open market. Stay with us for further details.
