One of the rarest and most valuable ONE PIECE Card Game cards to ever exist is the Secret Promotional [SEC-P] version of the Shanks card from the Romance Dawn [OP-01] booster pack. Only 1,000 copies of this card have ever been printed.

Every copy of this card was first issued as a tournament prize. In July and August 2023, those who finished in the top eight of a Regional or Treasure Cup tournament had the opportunity to win a Serial Number Shanks card. Due to its scarcity, it’s certainly possible that this card’s already remarkable value will continue to increase as time passes, since this card has only been on the open market for less than a year.

This card’s illustration features alternate artwork that’s only available on its SEC-P version. It depicts the leader of the Red Hair Pirates about to draw his sword with the ONE PIECE Card Game logo in the background. This alternate artwork serves to further jack up the card’s value.

This card has been released in English as well.

Among the most expensive ONE PIECE Cards there is, a SEC-P Serial Number Shanks (Romance Dawn [OP01-120]) card sells for a whopping ¥544,000 (~US$3,589)!
