The Nike Air Trainer 3 “Miami Hurricanes” Serves Up a Stylish Storm
Introducing this sneaker to a new generation.
When the Nike Air Trainer 3 was introduced in 1988, the sneaker rose to popularity almost immediately—largely after being publicized by former Los Angeles Raiders running back Bo Jackson. This sneaker has recently returned with a kids-exclusive colorway: the Nike Air Trainer 3 “Miami Hurricanes”.
The Nike Air Trainer 3 “Miami Hurricanes” exhibits flair and classic construction in equal measure. The perforated white leather of the upper delivers a flawless classic look. The heel and toe areas are covered in beige accents which seamlessly complement the white upper.
At the front of the shoe, shades of slate grey enrobe the forefoot lockdown and lacing systems, creating an intriguing visual contrast. Finally, the rear and underside of the shoe feature a vivid color palette based on the theme colors of the Miami Hurricanes.
The kids-exclusive Nike Air Trainer 3 “Miami Hurricanes” has been available on Nike.com since January 29, 2024. One pair of these sneakers goes for US$100.
