A while back, Action Bronson showcased two never-before-seen New Balance 1906Rs—later revealed to be his upcoming collaborations in 2024. Now, a third colorway has been teased by Bam Bam himself on Instagram, much to the delight of his fans and NB-heads everywhere.
Officially, a singular outsole shot of the new Action Bronson x New Balance 1906R “Rosewater” has been teased, but thanks to @charlie_gafken we get a much clearer view of the sneaker.
While the previous “Medusa Azul” and “Scorpius” pairs look similar in terms of construction, Bam Bam approaches the “Rosewater” design slightly differently. A white translucent layer forms over the 1906R’s upper, diffusing the white and pink mesh elements beneath. Blue is then applied on the eyestays and profile “N” logo, while pink returns on the heel counter. To round the design off, a gum hue is applied to the midsole.
