Action Bronson’s New Balance 1906R “Scorpius” Releases 7 June
Offering a unique twist on the coveted silhouette.
[Update 6 Jun 2024] The Action Bronson x New Balance 1906R “Scorpius”, the most exclusive pair out of the lot, and also the final one to be released, will be available starting tomorrow, 7 June 2024, via Baklava Flea Market. It will carry a retail price tag of US$185. Keep an eye out for when it becomes available on the SNKRDUNK App as well.
[Update 28 Dec 2023] Alongside the reveal of the “Rosewater” colorway, Bam Bam has also revealed the names of the two previous designs in question: “Medusa Azúl” for the blue pair, and “Scorpius” for the orange/yellow design. Additionally, he mentioned that the “Scorpius” colorway will be the most limited out of the three, and might only be available through his website come 2024. Stay tuned for more information.
[Update 16 Oct 2023] Once more Action Bronson, the American rapper/chef/wrestler, teases a new colorway of his upcoming New Balance 1906R. Therein his Instagram is a closeup of the pair, showcasing his penchant for unique color combinations.
It’s an official acknowledgement of the collaboration but his caption remains cryptic: “THE GOOD DOCTOR. VENICE ‘23”. More details should emerge in the coming weeks so stay tuned!
Following a recent release of the 990v6 “Lapis Lazuli”, American rapper Action Bronson has recently taken to Paris Fashion Week to tease another collaborative New Balance footwear.
Revealing a 1906R silhouette, various tweaks were made to the familiar look, with a yellow texturized mesh forming its base alongside orange toecap and green overlays that runs across the shoe. An oversized “new balance 1906” profile then decorates the grey tongues, before a technical sole wraps up the design of the pair.
No details on the Action Bronson x New Balance 1906R were confirmed by the duo yet, but if these are slated to see a release, we can expect more to be revealed in the near future. When an update surfaces, we will keep you informed here.
