Symbiotes are taking over the latest collection from Marvel and adidas. With the long-awaited arrival of Insomniac Games’ “Spider-Man 2”, the Three Stripes have crafted a collection of sneakers and apparel led by the Ultra 4D in a color scheme inspired by Spidey’s Advanced Suit as it is taken over by the symbiote Venom.

Now, Venom is getting its own, in the form of the fittingly aggressive Impact FLX II turf training silhouette. The shoe’s mesh upper comes in jet black, with the symbiote’s tendrils snaking across its upper. White elements allude to Venom’s color scheme, while a bright blue outsole completes the look.

While the shoes are engineered for performance, they’re also made with at least 50% recycled content.

The Marvel x adidas Impact FLX II “Venom” is available now on adidas.com for US$120, in conjunction with the game’s release.
