Throughout its 15-year tenure, South Korean outdoor brand Helinox has been at the forefront of an otherwise niche industry. Mainly focusing on outdoor products, the brand popularised camping equipment into lifestyle and fashion statements through collaborations with famous streetwear brands. Included in its resume are the likes of Supreme, Girls Don’t Cry, A BATHING APE, and fragment design, among others.

To celebrate the recent launch of its new Creative Center in Tokyo, the brand has tapped on fellow South Korean streetwear juggernauts PEACEMINUSONE, helmed by G-Dragon. According to @le.syndrome, this partnership arose after G-Dragon visited Helinox’s flagship store in Busan last year.

The collection will include the Chair One, Chair Two, and the Table One Hard Top. All three carry a relatively straightforward design: coated entirely in a vibrant shade of red with PEACEMINUSONE’s strikeout logo. Co-branding also appears in the form of a glow in the dark tab which features G-Dragon’s iconic daisy motif.

The collection will go on sale both at the Helinox Creative Center Tokyo as well as Helinox Japan’s online website on 9 September. It’s currently unclear if the collaboration will see a release elsewhere, but definitely one that fans of PEACEMINUSONE will want to get their hands on.
