Junghoon Son, with his passion for customizing clothes and sneakers, started VANDYTHEPINK in 2017. In the six years since, his brainchild has quickly risen to the upper echelons of streetwear, dressing the likes of Billie Eilish and Lisa from BLACKPINK.

Recently, the brand released its Spring/Summer collection that included the signature burger and fast food motifs, in addition to the hallmark luxury monogram parody designs. Between all the apparel and accessories, part of the release was the Proboard skate sneaker, thematically dressed in the green, yellow, and red of a fast food burger.

Moreover, @le.syndrome has recently shared a new photograph of the Proboard in—aptly—pink. The construction remains similar to its predecessor but with a more uniform color-blocking. Branding elements are featured on the tongue, footbed, and presumably, on the outsole as well. Its leather and suede makeup given contrast through the grey laces and the white midsoles.

The pair is an enigma with the only information being the sole image. Whether it will be released to the public or an F&F exclusive, only the powers that be knows. Nevertheless, stay tuned! When more details surface, expect an update here at this very page.
