agnès b. Releases “White” and “Navy” Converse All Stars
Available for pre-order now with shipping expected in early August.
Legacy French fashion house agnès b., and quintessential Americana brand Converse are putting their best foot forward, walking together for the first time. Considering their storied pedigrees, it’s a collaboration long-awaited but at the same time unexpected.
Two colorways will be produced of the Converse All Stars: a “White” and “Navy”. The silhouette retains its make and signatures while imbued with agnès b.’s. The first White will feature a clean canvas base with blue accents lining the midsoles and interior; while the Navy will be hit with Black on the same parts.
The French label’s iconic “b.” makes its presence on the various facets of the shoe. It repeats over the laces for a start, before basking in the spotlight by way of embroidery on the tongue, as well as the center of the iconic Converse patch on the ankles. Branding elements give a final flourish on the lateral heel.
The pair will be released sometime in early August but pre-orders have begun on 9 June. Make them now at agnès b.’s website for 18,700 JPY (~US$130).
