While much of Nike’s recent focus is centered around Tinker Hatfield’s Air Max 1 due to Air Max Day, a new Dunk Low release is never too far away. After all, it is the silhouette that’s central to the current zeitgeist, especially if its in black-and-white makeup.

This women’s exclusive sees the Dunk Low in its staple two-tone color palette, a mix between the titular Rugged Orange and the in-vogue Sail. The former takes on most of the silhouette’s overlays, while the latter adorns the base of the upper.

Instead of using the traditional leather build that most Nike fans are used to, this offering instead comes in an amalgam of different materials. Canvas comes across most of its Sail base, while suede is used on its orange overlays. The Swoosh logos and heels retain its leather construction.

Rounding off the design is a little something different to separate itself from the usual. A 3D mini Swoosh sits on the tongue tags, and the Nike branding on the heel has been altered slightly from its usual look.

Expect the Nike WMNS Dunk Low “Rugged Orange” to arrive in the coming months, set at a RRP of US$120. Stay tuned as we’ll bring you more official updates as soon as we can.
