Back in May 2022, Rhude’s designer Rhuigi Villaseñor and Zara teamed up for a collaborative project titled “Redesigning Human Uniform” (aka RHU), which aims to offer quality products to consumers at affordable prices.

Returning for their second drop after almost a year, the duo now seeks to redefine the purpose of “uniform wear” through Villaseñor’s vision on modern aesthetics.

Compromising of over 20 ready-to-wear, 5 shoes, 6 bags and a perfume, the latest “Cross Country” collection offers a wide variety of items which doesn’t categorize themselves to a specific style, but rather more of versatility.

Constructed to oversized or cropped cuts, Villaseñor plays with mixed proportions and colors of various garments while outfitted “RHU” logos reference to branding details on pieces found from his main Rhude line.

“The only thing I regret about this collection is that it wasn’t available when I was creating my own identity and style through clothes.” – Rhuigi Villaseñor.

Pre-releasing via a pop-up at 146 Greene St, New York from 11 to 18 February, the second Rhuigi Villaseñor x Zara “RHU” collection is set to drop globally from 20 February exclusively via Zara.
