Nike Air More Uptempo Embossed in Basketball Motifs

The "Embossed" collection keeps up its tempo with its newest addition.

More basketball-themed patterns have been employed and continue to hit the shelves after the debut of the Nike Air Force 1 Low among others. The Nike Air More Uptempo is a distinctive silhouette from 1996, and it’s as inventive as it gets, joining the “Embossed” collection. They were made famous by Scottie Pippen, who rocked them throughout one of the greatest seasons in NBA history.

The base of the silhouette is covered with crisp white tumbled leather that explores a two-tone contrasting color scheme. The mesh tongue structure and inside lining are also color-matched. The expanded “AIR” word on the midfoot, the jewel-encrusted Swoosh on the heel, and the embroidered Checks on the vamp and tongue tabs all include softly coated highlights in royal blue. According to the collection’s honorifics, the presiding staple unit features embossed “Nike Basketball” motifs in its leather letters, and the silhouette is supported by a white sole unit.

Look out for this Nike Air More Uptempo as it will debut in coming weeks via Nike website and will retail for US$170.
