LINE

After proving its ability to revamp and elevate old-school silhouettes from Nike’s vaults, with the launch of three successful Nike Air Humara colorways as strong backers, Jacquemus is now entering Nike’s expansive Air Force 1 collaborator club. The versatile silhouette has always been a popular canvas for Nike’s partners to reinterpret, with Tiffany & Co. coating the lateral Swoosh with its signature blue and AMBUSH extending the checkmark beyond expectations.

Jacquemus’ take, though, starts with modifying the dubrae. Instead of the usual “AF1″ marking etched onto the metal accessory, it has been replaced with an obvious nod to the high fashion brand—”JF1”. Carrying forward its custom aglets from the Nike Air Humara, this upcoming Jacquemus x Nike J Force 1 will also feature the same debossed leather look on its laces.

Not much else is known about the collaboration, besides that it’s expected to land in Summer 2023 in Black and White colorways. Rest assured that we’ll update this page as soon as more release information surfaces.

While we wait, why not check out the Teyana Taylor x Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT 2 that’s decked out in rose thorns?
