Union LA x Jordan To Release Apparel with Air Jordan 1 Low KO

Contrary to belief, the Frontman and Jumpman are not just conjuring kicks—they've got a whole range of clothes ready too.

Union LA’s amiable relations with Nike has culminated in the release of various collaborative sneakers, and in 2023, this partnership is only taking deeper root. The Swoosh has taken it upon itself to matchmake its Jumpman with the Frontman. Yes, all that metaphorical talk just to say that the  Union LA x Air Jordan 1 Low KO with interchangeable velcro Swooshes is on its way, and will be landing real soon on 27 January.

This release, anticipated in itself, just got more expansive — streetwear lovers can look forward to a range of Union LA x Jordan apparel that dropping after the sneakers on 2 Feb in Japan and on 4 Feb in US. A capsule done up for Spring/Summer 2023, expect to see a mix of tees, sweaters, sweatpants and hoodies appropriate for the season.

Specifically, a hoodie collection is printed with Air Jordan’s modern Sans Serif and Union’s flowing type, endorsing textures that are reminiscent of the early hoops-to-street revolution. Meanwhile, tracksuits are embroidered with Union LA x Jumpan logos on a sleek bouclé fabric for a soft feel.

For those weathering chilly climates, knit sweaters are also available. No need for prints or patches, a mélange effect is combined with a Union LA x Jordan graphic knitted directly into the sweater. For the less temperature-sensitive, a mix of tees, both long and short sleeves, are also part of the lineup. The classic bucket hat joins the array in complementary colors to the garment sets.

The entire Union LA x Jordan collection is served up in a mix of colors—from striking turquoise to beige—allowing it to suit varied styles. As mentioned, the entire capsule will land on SNKRS on 2 Feb in Japan (4 Feb if you’re residing in the US) and will range from US$40 to US$300.
