[Update 4 Jan 2023] With just a few days into 2023, more images have surfaced and we now have a better look at the atmos x Staple x Puma Suede “25th Anniversary Edition”.

Confirmed to release in a single variation which features mismatching colored stripes, the front toecap is seen outfitted in black, contrasting to the white panels on the sides. Alongside a pair of co-branded insoles, original tongue labels shows Staple’s logo on the left foot and a roman numeral of “XXV” on the right.

With a release date of 19th January, the atmos x Staple x Puma Suede “25th Anniversary Edition” will be made available for 15,400 JPY (~US$120) via atmos.

A pigeon may prove to be more than just a bird, especially to Jeffrey Ng AKA Jeff Staple, founder of New York based streetwear label Staple Pigeon. Considered a master of streetwear and youth culture, Jeff has been sought out by many labels including Japanese retailer atmos.

Joining forces for a special 25th Anniversary Edition of the Puma Suede, it marks the second collaboration of the trio since the release of the “Natural Grey” colorway back in 2021. With images teased via atmos’ Instagram, the sneaker is outfitted in a vintage white leather upper, docked with a black rubber outsole.

While contrasting colored side stripes hints that there may be more than one variations of the silhouette, the previous release suggests that it will be a single pair with the same Crow and Pigeon logos embroidered on each sides of the heel.

No release details are known at the moment, but do stay tuned here for more official updates as the atmos x Staple x Puma Suede “25th Anniversary Edition” is set to arrive in the coming weeks via atmos.
