Converse and COMME des GARÇONS PLAY came up with an absolute elevated classic for street style when the Japanese sub-label added its endearing mascot on the canvas uppers of the Chuck 70. Because so many different colors and cuts have been made available since the partnership’s inception a decade ago, the CDG Chucks, often known as “Converse with heart eyes,” have become a trustworthy standard in fashion footwear.
The new sole unit toolings, which are highlighted by contrasting black or white pinstripe elements, are meant to complement the collaboration’s distinctive heart-and-eyes design. The black or white premium canvas uppers, as usual, have co-branding stamped on them and contrast panel strips at the back.
Converse is offering one last chance to purchase a pair at retail on 6 December for the holidays. Comes in a dozen hues will be made available for online purchase at Converse, with both the High and Low styles costing US$150.
