2022 is the Air Force 1’s 40th anniversary and Nike has been dropping one iteration after another. NGL, at this point, we can barely tell some of the AF1s apart.

Joining this celebratory lineup is a pair of special edition Air Force 1 Low. The Nike Air Force 1 Low LXX “University Blue” is, as its name describes, luxe with a tinge of the famous University Blue shade.

Atop a classy white leather upper, UNC Blue accents the shoe via the Nike Swoosh and heel tab, both made out of soft brushed suede that oozes premium vibes. Underfoot, the outsole also appears in full University Blue.

This women’s exclusive AF1 drops tomorrow (6 December) in Japan for US$140, but given the silhouette and colorway’s popularity and staying power, it probably won’t be the last pair of Air Force 1 nor “UNC Blue” Nike sneakers you see in a while.
