Although the Air Max 97 recently returned in its quintessential “Silver Bullet” colorway, the model has always been a staple as far as Nike’s lifestyle catalogue goes. While its OG form makes a comeback, it’s also gotten a contemporary retrofitting. How the Terrascape update differs from its predecessor is through its lighter, more comfortable, wide-foot friendly construction. Nonetheless, its versatility’s uncompromised.

The Terrascape follows the same blueprint, save for the usage of recycled materials and the integration of Nike Grind on the sole unit. The colors envelope the circumference of the upper, alternating from Maroon to Mustard Yellow from the crown down. Navy holds the mix together from the mudguard onwards with all of the aforementioned supported by the Nike Grind midsole. Right below lies the signature air bubbles tooled to the shoe from the midfoot to the heel. Towards that direction lies the “Terrascape” imprint on the heel tab.

The pair’s expected to arrive by 21 January next year on SNKRS with a price tag of US$185. For more bold and experimental silhouettes, check out the upcoming Nike iSPA “Mindbody”.
