[Update 22 Mar 2023] For those who weren’t in the selected release cities, a new hope has arrived. The DAYZ x INVINCIBLE x adidas Originals Campus 80 “Black Tweed” will drop on adidas CONFIRMED on 24 Mar, at a retail of US$150. Just to be doubly sure, only the black pair of the collection will release on CONFIRMED as of now. Good luck if you’re looking to get them!

[Update 16 Mar 2023] Several pieces of news have arrived. First, there’s an alternate colorway accompanying the original pair reported. Where the first bore a predominantly black palette, its counterpart flips the script. The laces and Three Stripes on the profiles a white as it is for the rest of the tweed upper.

New campaign images have also emerged thematic to ads from the upper echelons of fashion, aptly. The design inspiration of the Campus duos were meant to bridge the gap between high-end and street.

Saving the most important news for last, however. The two-pack will be released on 18 March for NTD$4,890 (~US$160). Find them on DAYZ’s Shibuya Miyashita Park store; INVINCIBLE’s in Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung, Shanghai, Chengdu, and Jakarta; and their online one.

Taiwan-based fashion boutique INVINCIBLE has been going strong with their lineup of triple collaborations, featuring numerous big names in the fashion scene. Having seen recent releases with New Balance and N.HOOLYWOOD for the 1906R and 2002R, INVINCIBLE has looked back to adidas Originals for their latest addition to the collaborative lineup.

Partnering up with Tokyo-based concept store “DAYZ”, the trio has once again introduced the Campus model, following the one that the Taiwan boutique and three-stripes label did with NEIGHBORHOOD.

With the DAYZ x INVINCIBLE x adidas Originals Campus 80s, woven black and white patterns fill the uppers, while utilizing leather on the co-branding labeled heel tabs and side three-stripes. Finished with a matching color palette on the shoe box, a premium take on packaging is shown by the trio to mark the identity of the collaboration.

While no release dates are confirmed yet, stay tuned as the DAYZ x INVINCIBLE x adidas Originals Campus 80s is set to release in the coming weeks.
